This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds and cancellations are handled on the Shera King Network Advertisement platform. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Wallet Top-Ups

Money added to your wallet is stored as balance and used to pay for advertising and platform services. Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except in cases of a verified failed or duplicate transaction (see Section 4).

2. Advertising Charges

Advertising charges and account fees are deducted from your wallet at the time an advertisement is published or an account service is activated. Because these services begin immediately, charges for advertisements that have already been published are generally non-refundable.

3. Content Removed for Policy Violations

If content is removed because it violates our Terms & Conditions (for example, an incorrect or prohibited video/image), the corresponding payment is not refunded. A warning may be issued before content is removed.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If an amount is debited from your bank or card but not credited to your wallet, or if you are charged more than once for the same transaction, you are eligible for a refund of the affected amount. Please contact us with the transaction details and we will verify and process eligible refunds.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (or, where applicable, credited to your wallet). Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days of approval, though the exact time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Wallet Withdrawals

Eligible wallet balance may be withdrawn in accordance with platform rules. To withdraw, your KYC must be completed and your mobile number must be linked to your bank account. Withdrawals are subject to verification.
